The Windsor County Board of Realtors® is pleased to present:

The Mandatory Course / 2008-2010 Renewal - For Vermont Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons with Vermont Attorney Randy Mayhew

This course is approved for four (4) hours of Continuing Education Credit by the Vermont Real Estate Commission.

This course is required in order to renew your Vermont Real Estate license in 2010. 

 

Learning Objectives: 

  • To review and discuss the new (which took effect April 15, 2008) and existing rules relating to brokerage practices
  • To review and discuss the regulatory aspects of buyer brokerage
  • To reinforce understanding of the rules of practice by analysis of practical examples, case studies, and/or hypothetical situations.

About the Instructor:

Randall F. Mayhew is a Vermont Attorney and also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vermont Law School.  Randy is a longtime instructor of real estate professionals and law students regarding real estate transactions.  Randy receives high marks for the courses he provides.  www.randymayhew.com

  • Registration and networking will begin at 8:00 a.m. with coffee, tea & pastries.  No lunch provided, so bring your own snack if you'd like!
  • Annual Membership Meeting at 8:30    
  • Course will begin at 9:00 and continue for the four hour session.

Where: The North Cafeteria at the Woodstock Union High School, 496-1 Woodstock Road (Route 4), Woodstock, VT (Located just 1 mile west of the village of Woodstock)  As you pull in to the high school driveway, take the first left in to the 'teachers' parking area.  Follow WCBR signs to cafeteria door (not the main entrance)
