Sandi Murphy has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979 and a licensed appraiser since 1991. She has successfully supervised seven appraiser trainees and taught "Introduction to Real Estate" for the Community College of Vermont. Sandi is a graduate of Johnson State College, Fanny Allen School of Practical Nursing, and a licensed auctioneer.
