Take the first step toward a career in real estate with our 40-hour salesperson pre-licensing course! Required before you can sit for Vermont’s real estate exam, this class will provide you with a thorough understanding of the real estate industry and all of the ins and outs of being a licensed salesperson. Among the many topics you will cover are contracts, taxes, financing, appraisals and Vermont real estate law. Instructor Sandi Murphy’s lengthy career as a salesperson, broker and appraiser, as well as her practical, down-to-earth style, will provide you with an education about the business that you are sure to value for years to come. This class covers a lot of material in a 1-week timeframe. Be prepared for a lot of reading and homework assignments outside of class, and review during of the material during class. Required study materials are included in your tuition and will be mailed to you prior to class** with information about your first assignment to be completed beforehand. Optional study materials (PSI Exam Prep CD or book is recommended) can be purchased at an additional fee in class.
